Once submitted, you will be taken to another tab the FCC’s.Universal Services Administration Company website that submits your personal information directly to the FCC. Complete all required steps and submit all needed documents if any are need.
You will receive an email within 48 hours. with the decision from the government as to whether or not you were approved.
You will have the option to pick up your tablet from one of our pick-up locations or have it mailed to you.
